When it comes to learning golf and focusing on what is relevant, there is no more relevant topic than the ball flight physics as measured by devices like Trackman. Everything about what the ball does is a direct result of the impact of the clubface and ball. In many ways, you could say it the only thing that matters. So, as we try to learn and grow as golfers and coaches, we must understand these variables and then how our swing influences them.
In this first installment of the Trackman series, we will focus on just the definitions. In subsequent articles, I’ll pull specific definitions and discuss them even further.
